FAQs

The Wedding Website of Sarah Brodbeck and Randy Caster
We know weddings come with questions—like, “Can I wear boots?” (Yes), “Will there be food?” (Obviously), and “Is it really out in the country?” (Oh, it’s country). To save you from texting the bride the night before, we’ve rounded up everything you might need to know right here. Give it a glance before you pack your bag, hit the road, and head out to the middle of Texas for one heck of a celebration.
Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal to formal

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

All RSVPs should be in by September 22. Even if you can't make it, please let us know!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Little ones are welcome if included in your invitation! That said, Club Caster will officially kick off at 8 PM — expect loud music, dancing, and drinks flowing. We trust parents to use their best judgment for what works best for their family.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. There is plenty of parking available

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

All plus ones are included when you RSVP.

Question

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation from the hotel to the venue. The hotels are about 5 minutes away from the venue. We recommend carpooling and assigning someone as DD as Uber/Lyfts may be limited.

Question

Is the Bar Open?

Answer

Absolutely. This is Texas—we’re not monsters. But let’s keep it classy(ish). If things get a little too boot-scootin’ outta control, just know security has been briefed... and they're not afraid to escort someone out mid-line dance.

Question

What's for Dinner?

Answer

We will be having a Fajita bar served by Uncle Beto's Mexican. This place holds a special place in Randy and Sarah's heart

Question

Will there be gluten free or vegetarian options?

Answer

Yes, there will be corn tortillas for those sensitive to gluten. There will also be a gluten free option for dessert.
