FAQs

If after reading through the website and this page and you still have questions, then please contact the Maid of Honor, Sarah Donohue at 406.579.868, or the Best Man, Logan Johnston at 719.464.5443.
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 6th (Sunday) so that we can get appropriate amounts of food and alcohol!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

There is no available parking at the trail head so please plan to meet at the Pine Edge Cabin #6 BY 1:30p! We will have shuttles starting at 1p, and the ceremony will begin at 2:15p. Shuttles will begin immediately after the end of the ceremony, but will continue to provide opportunities back until 4:30ish.

Question

How do I get to the Ceremony?

Answer

We will have our friends shuttling guests from the Pine Edge Cabins to Bridal Falls. Please either plan to shuttle with us or walk as there is basically no parking at the trailhead. Please plan to meet at the Pine Edge Cabins by 1:30pm to get a ride to the trailhead.

Question

How long and hard is the hike for the Ceremony?

Answer

The hike to Bridal Falls takes between 5-10mins (0.4mi) to walk from the road where we will drop you off. It has a slight, and we emphasize slight, elevation gain of 55 ft. It is unpaved so if you struggle on uneven ground then ask for assistance from one of the members of the wedding party and/or we will have the wedding recorded.

Question

Will there be provided seating at the Ceremony?

Answer

No, but please feel free to bring a camp chair, blanket, or drag a tree branch over!

Question

Will there be provided seating at the Reception?

Answer

No, but please feel free to bring a chair, blanket, inflatable couch, etc.

Question

How do I get to the Reception?

Answer

The Reception will take place outside of the Pine Edge Cabins. Please reference the map provided on the Travel page. We will have a designated place for you to park but we encourage walking!

Question

Is there Cellphone Service?

Answer

Nope! We are in the woods, just the way we like it! A couple local places such as the General Store and the City of Commerce buildings provide Wifi. Please come prepared with downloaded road maps and a general idea of where/when you're going, but if you get lost everyone in town is really nice and helpful.

Question

Where can we stay?

Answer

We gave some ideas on the Travel tab, but we suggest renting a cabin, find an AirBnB or find a local camp spot! We are specifically in Silvergate, but Cooke City is a 5 minute drive so staying there is always an option. We suggest finding something locally owned to help support the lovely community of Cooke City-Silvergate, MT! Yellowstone entrance is close by so camping in or near the park would be beautiful! You are welcome to stay in Gardiner but that is 1 hr and 35 mins from Cooke City so plan accordingly.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Nope! We want everyone to feel comfortable but to look nice. Consider it your Sunday Best meshed with a Backyard BBQ. Keep in mind yard games will be a thing!

Question

Are kids and dogs welcome?

Answer

Yes! We would love to see your families (fur babies and all) at our wedding! Please check with your lodging reservations about their policies and be courteous to others (i.e pick up after your dog and child).

Question

Where can I share photos I took during wedding weekend?

Answer

Brock and Anna have an instagram hashtag, please use it so that they can find the photos you took! The Instagram # is #brockandannaswedding On this website we will also provide a link to the professional photos! Stay tuned for more details.
