The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa, Avon, Vail Valley

This is where we will be having our Welcome Reception and Farewell Brunch. There is a room block as well - please use the link to book online through the room block. The shuttles for the ceremony and reception will be picking up & dropping off here too. Please note that you will need to book the room block by Wednesday, 6/29.

We do not have a room block here, but it is an affordable option! It is 0.4 miles away from the Westin. It is about a 9 minute walk through the cute town of Avon!

There are a lot of Airbnb and house rental options in the Vail Valley. When selecting, please keep in mind how far away it is from the Westin. Due to our remote location for the ceremony & reception, we will be limiting who can drive. We are asking everyone to take the shuttles from the Westin. Parking can be limited in Avon as well.

Flight

Denver International Airport

This is the main airport in Colorado that will probably have more affordable flights. It is about a 2 hour drive from DIA to Avon, CO. You can either rent a car or take a shuttle (view shuttle options). Beware of mountain traffic! If driving up or down from the mountains in rush hour, it can take an extra hour or more. Please keep this in mind when scheduling return flights. When returning from the mountains, if you can fly back on a week day you’ll miss most of the traffic. If flying back on Sunday, I’d recommend leaving Avon, CO early in the morning (by 10am). If you get to Denver early, feel free to ask for some recommendations to explore before heading to the airport!

Eagle County Regional Airport

American Airlines, Delta, and United Airlines fly into Eagle County Regional Airport. From this airport, it will be about a 30 minute drive to Avon, CO (either via shuttle or rental car). They do have rental cars and shuttles at this airport.
