Our wedding dress code is creative black-tie; we want you to look stylin' and have fun creating a cool formal outfit! For instance, if a gentlemen wanted to rock an awesome 1970s suit, that would be out of sight! Mohonk is a historic hotel with some spooky vibes straight out of "The Shining", but the ghosts that walk the halls at night are still pretty fancy. Please note that our ceremony will be outside and Mid-October in the mountains and it can be chilly, so bring a fall jacket or perhaps long sleeves for the ladies.
We’ll have buses pick-up, any guest needing a ride, at the Hampton Inn @2:00pm We recommended shuttling to and from Mohonk! The busses will pick people up at 10:00pm. If you wish to leave the reception earlier, feel free to ask reception to call you a taxi or you can call an Uber. SO much to do here. We're getting married in peak fall foliage season, so there will be pumpkin picking at the farms, apple orchards bloomed, wineries in full effect, hiking if you're feeling spry, and beautiful nature walking that's totally free!
