The RSVP deadline is August 1, 2025. If you do not RSVP by the deadline, you will be marked as "not attending." We would love to celebrate with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's.
The invitations include an RSVP card with a QR code to access the RSVP page on our website. You can also click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at any time. All RSVPs will need to be completed online.
You will be missed!! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "will NOT attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd as "Attending", but find that you will not make it, please let us know as soon as possible. Thank you!
Due to a limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your invitation. Your invite will be made out to "Your name & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Additionally, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding, and please reach out with any questions!
While we love and adore your kiddos, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event with the exception of the bridal party. We encourage you to use this evening as a fun date night! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The attire is "Cowboy Formal." We encourage ladies to wear midi or floor length dresses and gentlemen to wear a button down shirt with slacks or nice jeans. While jeans are acceptable (and encouraged), please refrain from wearing light washed jeans or jeans with holes or stains. Please avoid wearing rubber shoes or t-shirts. We kindly request that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride: whites, ivories, and creams.
The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 pm. We ask that you arrive and be in your seat NO LATER than 15 mins before the ceremony starts (by 3:45 pm). You may arrive earlier than 15 mins and it will give you time to park, sign the guest book, and find your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has started, you will not be able to be seated and will have to watch the ceremony from a distance.
We are having an "unplugged ceremony", meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be silenced and put away. The greatest gift you can give us is to be fully present as we say "I do." We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like after the ceremony ends.
The ceremony will be outdoors on grass (pending inclement weather) and the reception will be indoors. Please take this into consideration when planning your attire and shoes, especially for the ladies considering wearing heels.
Yes! There will be a full bar available! Please note that any and all shenanigans will be heavily photographed and forever documented! ;)
The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! However, should you wish to give us a gift, we are asking that you contribute to our honeymoon fund. We have a registry tab on our website and a card can be dropped in the card box at the reception.
