Yes to both. We are dealing with beach parking at the ceremony so you can park at the venue of the reception, but it is limited to 15 spots and walk across the street to the beach ceremony. 2-3 minute walk. We recommend walking from where you are staying to the ceremony and venue
No, the hotel, beach ceremony, and reception venue are all walking distance near each other. No more than a 5-7 minute walk. You are more than welcome to park at the venue The West Events, but it limited to 15 spots and walk across the street to the ceremony beach access (2-3 minute walk).
There will be an Open House in Las Vegas Dec. 6th, where the bride is from and a casual reception in St. Louis, (TBD) where the groom is from.
The Ceremony is outdoors at the beach, and the reception is mostly indoors with an outdoor patio area.
The vibe is Beach Dressy Casual — think breezy sundresses, nice sandals or wedges, linen pants, and button-downs. Since it’s Florida in January, plan for warm afternoons and cooler evenings (a light wrap or jacket is a good idea). Please avoid white, cream, or ivory so the bride and groom can shine. Warning: The bride's nephews will have red dye squirt guns for anyone wearing white!!
