Hudson Chatham Winery is Columbia County's first winery starting in 2006. Historically the property began as a dairy farm founded in 1790's. The winery focuses on hybrid varieties ideal for growing in upstate New York. Grown on the 15 acre property is Seyval Blanc, Baco Noir, Chelois, Chambourcin, Dechanauc, Burdin and Le Colonel.
