Maid of Honor
We roughed it in India for three weeks and have been best friends every since - our favorite pastime is literally "passing the time" lounging, binge watching shows on Netflix and sharing True Crime podcasts. Ashley has and always will be one of those friends that points everything back to the Lord and her willingness to love and sacrafice for others is truly admirable. Our long distance friendship has lasted quite a few years and has been sustained through iPhone voice messages, FaceTime calls and and occasional trips to Phoenix and Georgia. I definitely couldn't do this life without Ashley, or get married without her love, prayers and encouragement on March 14th.
Best Man
What can be said? He's Lebanese. He has a beard. And he is one of the best humans you could possibly know. This man (and his family) have been where I call "home" whenever I am back in Ohio. From the late nights watching reruns of "Whose Line Is It Anyway" to 30 mile bike rides to Lake Erie and back, Elias has been such a wonderful friend. We share the same dumb sense of humor, and if you ever get us together in a room then you might become very judgmental and immediately feel more confident about yourself. I am so honored to call him my friend and a Best Man.
Matron of Honor
Karlie and I have been friends since middle school. We tore up HLS volleyball in 7th & 8th grade, worked on the Homecoming float in High School, met up in England in college, and has been a friend all through post-college as well. She is as real as real can be, can make anything fun, and genuinely invests herself in others. She’s a natural beauty and has an ambitious soul. Karlie has always inspired me to be a better version of myself, pushed me outside my comfort zone (in a good and healthy way), and supported me in all aspects of life. Since she is SUPER talented in photography and is an endless resource for all things weddings, she's been a huge help in planning my special day. I am so thankful for who Karlie is and how God has had His hand in our friendship throughout the years.
Best Man
We have been through so much life together. We've gone through so many highs (such as discussions about what girl to potentially date) and lows (such as discussions about what girl to potentially date). That being said, I'm thankful for these discussions because BB was the man who I first talked with about Britt, and that seemed to work out. BB has always been there for me and I could not imagine what life would be like without his friendship. From discussing 1st round NFL draft picks from 2006, to naming random, obscure baseball players from our childhoods, our friendship runs deep. Even though he is a Bears and Cubs fan, we have somehow, against all odds, managed to forge a friendship that I know will last a lifetime and I'm so honored to have him as a Best Man.
Bridesmaid
My longest friend that would fight with me over who lined up first in First Grade... because short-cutting wasn’t allowed. There’s another story I would love to add from out First Grade adventures, but you’ll have to ask Kelsey and I at the wedding! Kelsey is a fun-spirited soul that can engage in deep talks with me one minute and can laugh about something the next. Kelsey is as loyal as the most adorable golden retriever and truly loves those around her with her entire heart. I’m grateful to have a friend as silly, loving and supportive as her. Kelsey and I have talked about boys, relationships and weddings for many years and of course she knew about Josh from the beginning. My friendship with Kelsey is so special and I couldn’t imagine saying “I do” without her by my side.
Groomsman
A tall drink of southern sweet tea... need I say more? Yes? Alright then. John and I met when I first moved to Arizona. He had just moved there as well, all the way from Tennessee. We were instantly able to bond over the fact that we had just moved thousands of miles away from our childhood homes, and both share a deep hatred for Alabama football. John and his lovely wife, Jordan, have been such a great support for myself and Britt. John is one of the most authentic and genuine humans you could possibly meet, and I'm so thankful for his sense of humor and views on life. Even though I will no longer be the tallest person at my wedding, I am so honored to have such a good friend as a part of this day. Rocky Top.

I couldn’t have made it through my first year teaching without Camille. She was the reason I survived that year and the epitome of “The Best Teammate.” What started as a very surface level partnership, turned into a friendship that can’t necessarily be explained. From busting out copies like nobody’s business to wearing matching elf onesies, we experienced a lot! Camille was my go-to at the beginning of my relationship with Josh. So much so, that we kept documentation on my relationship by making a timeline on the back of a multiplication worksheet. She was my soundboard and was so excited to hear about the progression of my relationship with Josh. I’m sad my teaching pal and I are no longer working together, but our friendship will always hold a very special place in my heart.
Groomsman
Kaleb was always one of the "cool" kids and I'll never forget spending the night at his house back in 7th grade. To keep this story in context, I wore a sweet pair of glasses at the time and lacked a certain sense of self-confidence. He took me to a party that I had no business attending, but for a brief moment in time I felt vaguely popular. From that moment on I vowed to have him in my wedding one day. I keep my promises. But in all seriousness, Kaleb has been a great friend for so many years. From bribing me to study English by feeding me delicious buckeyes, to playing NBA Live 2004 religiously, we have managed to keep our friendship alive all these years, even though we live on opposite sides of the country. I'm so grateful for his friendship and that he will be part of my wedding day.

Abbey is a self-made comedian that knows exactly what to say and how to say it, to make anyone laugh. She brought the humor to my years at Peoria Elementary and was always ready to not only make me laugh, but be an endless support and soundboard for me on those long teaching days. If you know Abbey, you’ll know just how magnetic her personality is. Abbey led many fish funerals with Camille (another one of my bridesmaids) and I in the Peoria El. staff bathroom and the three of us rocked as chaperones for the middle school dances. Abbey has taught me to find the humor at the end of a stressful day and to embrace the struggles that come along in life with a smile, and perhaps a sarcastic comment about *insert student name here.*

Wes always had great hair. This doesn't pertain to much, but I felt the need to mention it. We developed our friendship throughout high school, where we formed one the the most dominant high jump duos in Willard history. So many hours were spent together on the track, and I truly miss those days of jumping and soaking up the wisdom of our own personal high jump Yoda (better known as Coach Fratta). From listening to Wes yell at the television while playing NBA Live 2004 because Steve Nash missed a 3-pointer even though he "has a 3 by his name," to playing arguably the greatest sport ever invented that didn't make it big (it's called Fifa-sketball and it combines soccer and basketball - you should try it), Wes has been a lifelong friend and I am so thankful to have him as a part of this day.
