As soon as possible! The sooner, the better. Please RSVP by June 26th 2026. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate late RSVPs or individuals who do not RSVP. If you cannot attend, please decline the RSVP so we are not left wondering. We will miss you celebrating with us!
We advise that guests arrive by 4:15pm for our 4:30pm ceremony. Once the procession begins, late guests will be asked to wait to enter until after the ceremony.
Yes! We are requesting formal wear from our guests, black tie optional! Formal wear for men may include a jacket and tie or traditional suit. No jeans or sneakers please! For women, floor length or midi length dresses are required! Summer colors are encouraged! Please text Brittney if you have any questions or concerns!
Our wedding is strictly RSVP invite only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed by name on your invitation.
Although we love your children, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event. We are excited for you to relax and celebrate with us.
Yes! There is a hotel room block at: The Hampton Inn Syracuse Clay 3948 State Route 31 Liverpool NY 13090 This hotel is a 2 minute walk across the parking lot from the first hotel and also has a room block: TownePlace Suites Syracuse Liverpool 8505 Carling Rd Liverpool NY 13090
Yes! A school bus will transport guests to and from the venue. The bus will depart from The Hampton Inn Syracuse Clay (3948 State Route 31, Liverpool, NY 13090) for guests promptly at 3:30pm and 4:00pm. If you are staying at the Towne Place Suites across the parking lot, you can just walk over for the transportation! For guests that arrive early to the venue, you are more than welcome to check out the downstairs restaurant, Persimmons, for a cocktail while you wait! The bus will be available to transport guests back to the hotel and to the after party at Home Team Pub after the reception. If you plan on driving, there is a free parking lot where cars can remain overnight if needed. Uber/Lyft or other ride share apps are also readily available in this area.
We will have a photographer and videographer capturing every moment of our special day and we would love for you to be fully present. We ask that you turn the sound off of your electronics and refrain from taking pictures or videos during our ceremony. However, you are more than welcome to take photos and videos during the cocktail hour and reception!
