For anyone who is coming the night before, please join us for a welcome event to spend some extra time with us before our special day! It will be purchase your own food and drinks!

A school bus will transport guests to and from the venue. The bus will depart from The Hampton Inn Syracuse Clay (3948 State Route 31, Liverpool, NY 13090) for guests promptly at 3:30pm and 4:00pm. If you are staying at the TownePlace Suites Syracuse Liverpool (8505 Carling Rd, Liverpool, NY 13090) across the parking lot, you can walk over to The Hampton Inn for the transportation! For guests that arrive early to the venue, you are more than welcome to check out the downstairs restaurant, Persimmons, for a cocktail while you wait!

Transportation will be provided after the wedding to the hotels or to the after party! There will be pizzas ordered for all of the guests! The remainder of the evening will be purchase your own food and drinks! There is no transportation back to the hotels after the after party! Uber or Lyft are available or the hotels are a 1 hour walk! (haha) Please no drunk driving!
