Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask for formal attire/ black tie optional to help us celebrate this special day. A tuxedo or formal gown is welcomed and appreciated, but not required. A dark suit and tie or a sophisticated cocktail dress or evening gown is equally appropriate. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors on a courtyard with grassy areas so please plan accordingly.

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, Aria has plenty of parking for all of our guests.

Can I take pictures or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests join us in being fully present during our unplugged ceremony. This means no phones, cameras, or recording devices are allowed during the ceremony itself. You’re welcome to take as many photos before and after, and we’ll happily share the professional photos and video with anyone who would like them. Trust us—our photographers and videographers will have it beautifully covered!

Are children welcome?

To create a more intimate atmosphere, we kindly request that no children under 18 attend our wedding. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating this special day with you!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please use the travel tab on our website, we have reserved a discounted hotel block.

Will transportation be provided between the hotel and the venue?

Answer

Yes. We will have a shuttle running between the hotel and the venue. Please see our accomadations tab for more information.
