Cancún International Airport

Cancún Airport (CUN) is 45 minutes down Highway 307 from Mahekal, which is located on the beachfront of downtown Playa del Carmen. We recommend getting a transfer from the airport to the hotel instead of renting a car unless you are comfortable with public street parking. The only parking available near the resort is metered street parking (with a cost of around $.45 cents per hour). Parking is not secured or guaranteed and is at the renter's risk.

Travel Note

Airport Transfer

We recommend using First Choice for your transfer between the airport and resort. The price is usually between $60-80 USD one way for up to nine people. Alternatively, you can arrange a transfer directly with the resort. It costs around $180 round trip for up to six people.
