Hey everyone! My name is Makenzi and I'm one of Brittany's Maid of Honors. I'm currently in school to become a Registered Nurse and will be done in December of this year. I have an amazing boyfriend named Ryan who happens to be one of the best men in the wedding as well. We like to do stuff around the firehouse and hangout with friends. I've known Shawn for the past 7 years or so because him and Ryan are best friends. We met through Paxtonia Firehouse. Shawn is actually the reason Ryan and I are together. I met Britt through Shawn and she has become one of my best friends. I couldn't imagine not having them in my life. My advice for the couple would be: Don't go to bed angry and always kiss eachother goodnight. Love with all your heart and always remember to communicate with each other.

My name is Caitlin. I am one of Brittany’s maid of honors. I am a teacher and live in Cleveland, Ohio. I met Brittany through my amazing boyfriend Derek. Derek is one of Shawn’s best men. Ever since I met Brittany, she and I have been two peas and pod. Even though we live over five hours away from each other, we talk almost every day. She is my best friend. I am so excited, happy and honored to be apart of Brittany and Shawn’s wedding!

I’ve known Brittany all my life, I am the youngest of three siblings. She is my sister & my best friend. She has always taught me new things and always been protective of me. She is an awesome worker & volunteer firefighter and that takes a special person. Shawn fell into the picture as Brittany soon knew he was the one for her. He grew on me and now he’s going to become not only her husband, but my cool brother-in-law. As for me I’m 18 years old, working towards a career in the military. In the meantime I am dedicated to working with children & photographer for the Fire Dept. In the meantime, I will continue just being myself and enjoying life.

Hi I’m Holli, I work at Target and I am a firefighter in Exeter Twp. I am a huge fan of hockey and wrestling. I also love anything Disney, I took my first trip to Disney (and first airplane ride!) this past December! I like camping, listening to country music, and spending time with my boyfriend Michael. Brittany and I have been best friends since 5th grade. We have gone through every life event together. We both started as junior firefighters in Exeter Twp. (with our dads!). We share a love for hockey, especially the Royals, as well as NASCAR. We've celebrated holidays with each other's families and are so close, we don't even knock when showing up at one another's house. In fact, Brittany even knows how to break into my house when the door is locked - and my dogs don't even bark!

I’m Erin, Shawn's sister. Growing up we didn't always get along. Thankfully we matured putting those fighting days behind us. One thing that we never argued about was the most perfect girl that he introduced to our family, Brittany. I can’t recall the exact first time that we met, I just remember thinking how kind & helpful she is. One memory that stands out is when she mentioned “enjoying a Sunday afternoon watching racing with Shawn," It was at that exact moment that I knew my brother finally found his soulmate and the love of his life. Brittany, I hope you know how truly happy you make my brother and that has been such a joy to watch you both grow closer together over the past couple of years. My words to share with both of you are.. Always overuse the words I love you and thank you.

My name is Derek I currently live in Cleveland, Ohio but I’m from Fredrick, Maryland. I am a warehouse manager for a local grocery chain. I am one of Shawns best men and I am dating Caitlin one of Brittany’s maid of honors. I met Shawn at the fire department that we both were apart of in high school. Shawn and I did a lot of dumb things together that we probably should have been arrested for. I am happy and honored to be able to stand next to Shawn on his wedding day.

My names Ryan and I’m one of the best men in the wedding. I met Shawn in 2012 when he moved into the Paxtonia Fire Company. People always call us brothers. I went to Shawns sisters college graduation and his family was asking me who I belonged too. I met Brittany through Shawn. My advice to the couple is never get mad at him for leaving for a fire call, it’s what he loves to do so let him do it 😂

Hi I’m Randall I am the Chief of Goodwill Fire Company. I’ve been a firefighter for 12 years. When I am not there, I am working in HVAC. I met Shawn in 6th grade. We became great friends due to the fire company. In high school we both conquered EMT class & had a blast in drumline. Now that you guys are tying the knot, there is a few things that you need to know. Shawn she will always be right, yes even after arguing and proving how right you are, she will still be right. Brittany, if you haven’t found out yet, we men are slobs. Be prepared once you get married it gets worse. And for the both of you, never go to bed mad. Always talk your frustrations out before you sleep trust me you will wake up much happier. I hope you both have a happy marriage and enjoy your lives together!

I’m Michael "Max" and I'm Shawn's brother-in-law. I met Shawn in 2015 shortly after I started dating his sister Erin. She described him as her little brother who is “your typical firefighter” and “bald." So naturally I think big burly dude with a sweet mustache. Now keep in mind that I had no idea what Shawn looked like at the time. I’m pretty sure the first time I was able to meet him was at his parent’s house. He came around the corner I see the combo of all things firefighting. Shawn in his bald headed mustache sporting glory. Shawn immediately smiling and friendly. I knew then that Shawn and I would become close. Shortly after, he introduced us to Brittany. Something between the two of them just screamed that they were perfect for each other. I wish you both a lifetime of love and joy.
