Westgate Park City Resort & Spa

For your convenience, we have reserved a hotel block with a discounted rate. To make a reservation call 1-888-808-7410 and mention the “group code 67-750 for the Sauls-Young wedding.” Block dates are for July 15th-July 17th. If you have any trouble making your reservation, or if you would like to book extra nights before/after the set block dates, please reach Leah Nelson directly at 435-940-2716 or email her at leah_nelson@wgresorts.com. The DEADLINE to reserve rooms is June 15th! This is the only location our shuttles will be picking up and dropping off for our rehearsal dinner on Friday and the ceremony/reception on Saturday.

Shuttle Bus for Cocktail, Ceremony & Reception

July 16, 2022 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm

The shuttle WILL LEAVE the Westgate Park City Resort at 2:45 pm. Please be on the shuttle by 2:30 pm. We will have an early shuttle bring guests back to the Westgate Resort around 9:30 pm. We will have the last shuttle bring the remaining guests back to the Westgate Resort around 11:15 pm.

Shuttle Bus for Welcome Dinner (bridal party & family only)

July 15, 2022 5:30 pm - 9:00 pm

In hopes of keeping this night special and intimate before the big day, our Welcome Dinner will be limited. We hope you understand the intent. Please refer to our RSVP page or ask us if you have any questions. The shuttle WILL LEAVE the Westgate Park City Resort at 5:45 pm. Please be on the shuttle by 5:30 pm. Welcome Dinner will be from 6-9 pm. The shuttle will bring everyone back to the hotel at 9:00 pm.
