Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Please bring ONLY who is on your invite. We would love to have your special guest, however we have set the ceremony, reception hall and catering, for the number of people invited per invitation. When you RSVP you will see names off all that is in your party...

Can I bring my children?

Answer

ONLY immediate family members with children and those children that are in the wedding party to attend. Also, your invite and RSVP, weather you send in or RSVP online, you will see in our party, who all we have accommodated for. If your children are not listed with your RSVP, please do not bring them. We hope that you have plenty of time to make arrangements for your children ahead of time. Once again, we would love to have your children celebrate with us, but we also want for you all to have a night away to enjoy celebrating with us.

Dress Code?

Answer

It is a wedding in February, in Texas, so we all know weather can be very unpredictable. The ceremony will take place outside unless it is a down pour or below 32 degrees. The reception is however indoors. Dress code will be Rustic/Cocktail... I am sure you all have been to weddings before, but we just ask everyone to please dress your best. Dress warm if needed...

Will there be an Open Bar

YES!!!! We will have beer and wine provided. DO NOT BRING IN YOUR OWN

Do you have hotel room blocks? Transportation to and from Venue?

Answer

As of right now, we have not blocked off rooms at any hotel. We have provided two hotels that were recommended to us. They are both reasonably priced and close to the venue. I am also not certain on any shuttle services. I do know UBER works out in this area. Please plan accordingly.

Additional Wedding events?

Answer

Friday night before the wedding, we are planning to get together with any one who has come in from out of town or would like to join us the evening before, at The West of the Brazos in Damon. Stay Tuned for more details.
