Wedding Party

VIPs Only.

Elissa Ledvort

Maid of Honor

Brittany and Elissa have been like sisters their whole lives. From watching Anastasia as children to being obsessed with Harry Potter, Brittany has been lucky to have E by her side in every step of her life... including the fact that E's husband, John, and her brother, William, are both great friends with Lance.

Kaitlyn Keller

Maid of Honor

Brittany and Kaitlyn went to junior high and high school together, but truly became friends during their freshman year at Illinois State University. Discovering the many things they had in common (Harry Potter... books... a love of ketchup and pickle) made them fast best friends, and they have remained that way ever since.

Elizabeth Rice

Bridesmaid

At Chicago's famed bookstore, The Book Cellar, you may find many reviews on the shelves from both Liz and Brittany... because that's where they met! While working as booksellers, L and B bonded over books, boys, and everything in between. The two no longer work there, but have always been majorly close. You can now catch them eating Thai food and hanging with Liz's adorable pet bird, Sully.

Maureen Dolan

Bridesmaid

Maureen and Brittany shared many hilarious memories growing up. From lemonade and bracelet stands out in front of Maureen's childhood home to hilarious home videos in which they depicted being newscasters, these two were always up to new adventures. Catch these two jamming out to Mr. Brightside and some early 2000s hits at any family gathering... you may even spot them screaming the lyrics at the wedding.

Megan MacDougall

Bridesmaid

It all started in 5th grade, where Brittany was assigned a seat next to Megan. No, she did not copy off her math homework... she did, though, immediately find a best friend. Raw cookie dough and milkshakes on the weekends, being terrified by "06/06/06", and endless Mean Girls screenings, are just a few of the hilarious memories the two share. Megan and Brittany even have matching grey tabby cats: Whiskey (6) and Meredith (2).

Victoria Hartanovich

Bridesmaid

Imaginary cats, endless sleepovers, and the same fourth grade teacher brought Tori and Britt together. The two even attended Joliet Junior College and DePaul University with one another for a while! They now roam Lollapalooza and Bastille concerts together every year, and have always been super close. You may have even spotted them at a vegan festival in Chicago this past summer.

Nikki Bogdan

Bridesmaid

Peer Helpers at Lincoln-Way brought Nikki and Brittany together, and they even eventually took a trip to Deerfield Beach, Florida! Picture this: these two troublemakers driving around, windows down, screaming along to a mixed CD that Nikki masterfully made. It was quite the scene. They still have just as much fun now. Brittany credits N with her love of photography... as Nikki was one of her first portrait models.

Samantha Casey

Bridesmaid

Are they cousins? No, but they convinced their high school Spanish teacher that they were. Why? They’re not really sure… but what they do know is that their many years of singing along to Maroon 5 on many summer nights, wilding throughout their small suburb of Chicago, and laughing like crazy people, are some of the best memories Sam and Britt have. Oh, and their "Uncle Marty" is totally famous.

Meghan Young

Bridesmaid

Brittany was lucky to spend many summers at the Dolan household in New Lenox, where Grandma Barbie watched over her and her four cousins: Meghan, Maureen, Morgan, and Madison. She always felt like an honorary sister, and Meghan and Britt have been thick as thieves for many years. Ask them about their Charlie's Angels plays, bracelet stand, and walks to Peter's Paper and Party (now closed).

Gregory Aimaro

Best Man

No one’s laugh can complement another’s quite in the way that Greg’s can with Lance’s. When these two doofuses get together, you had better have a fresh set of ear plugs handy in preparation for the resulting cacophony. Friends for 15 years, Greg and Lance share the same outlandish, quirky humor (occasionally to the dismay of others), and they know exactly how to make the other spontaneously guffaw. Hyena laughing and wheezing aside, Greg has always had Lance’s aid in times of turmoil and despair as well as forever being the greatest friend anyone could ask for. The diabolical duo are certain to instigate a monumental ruckus come festivities, so keep your elbows tucked.

Anthony Wonaitis

Groomsman

Resident vampire Anthony Wonaitis is emerging from his Trent Reznor-adorned mausoleum to join his good pal Lance’s wedding party on the big day. Lance and Anthony met at Little Joe’s in New Lenox, IL and immediately bonded over music amidst Coca-Cola and rigatoni with alfredo sauce. Since then, these weirdos have forged a friendship strong enough to withstand a robot apocalypse. Whether it’s playing music shows together, singing karaoke, button mashing arcade games, Anthony attempting to teach Lance how to play Magic the Gathering, or eating pizza, there’s never a dull moment hanging with these nerds.

Mark Barta

Groomsman

“I wouldn’t take a bullet for it or anything”: so says the infamous Mark “Bark Mouglas” Barta regarding his assessment of mediocre films. He would, however, take a bullet for Stanley Kubrick’s “The Shining”. Mark and Lance became acquainted while working on a student film together. The two quickly realized they shared similar interests in their unique taste of horror films, video games, and music. A friendship soon developed and the two have been best pals ever since. Mark, now the audio mayor of Galena, IL, also has some wicked dance moves; keep an eye out for his Joker dance during reception festivities.

Michael Hobbs

Groomsman

Michael Hobbs is the ultimate boy scout of the wedding party. Whether you’re in desperate need of a screwdriver, toilet paper, or the kitchen sink, he is sure to be prepared for any contingency and have it on hand. Mike and Lance met through a mutual friend and began to play music together in their band Overcast. Over the last few years, they have written numerous songs as well as played many shows together, kickstarting a strong friendship. A man of countless talents as well as being a wonderful husband and father, Michael Hobbs is a formidable addition to the wedding party.

William Ledvort

Groomsman

William Ledvort is the party’s own Meme Master in addition to holding the title of G.O.A.T.sman. William, cousin of the bride Brittany, may seem like the quiet and innocent type, but don’t let that fool you! This trickster will pull a fast one on you or make you the centerpiece of an edgy meme faster than you can say “Lou Garcia”. When William and Lance get together at family gatherings, chaos unfolds: low-brow memes are shown, people are recorded at their most unflattering moments, and people get hit in the face with giant hunks of wrapping paper. William and Lance always find a way to have a fun time and have become great friends. Welcome to the wedding party, Meme Master!

Lauren Marchbank

Groomswoman

Lauren Marchbank, sister of the groom, has been there with Lance from the start. From the toddler days of running around the living room naked twirling a streamer(whilst interrupting Lance’s “Goosebumps” viewing experience) up to getting into all sorts of shenanigans while working at Oak Lawn Blacktop together, these two have been through it all. “GET OUTTA MAH ROOM!” could often be heard bellowed by Lauren throughout the childhood years as Lance, ever the incessant instigator, would try to barge in and cause a fracas. Since those trying times, the two have become incredibly close, bonding over their love of animals, snowmobiling, and working together. Being Lance’s best friend in addition to sister, Lauren’s inclusion to this wedding party is simply a no-brainer!

Kelly Van Dyke

Groomswoman

Kelly Van Dyke is by far the coolest member of the wedding party (sorry Vampire and Meme Master). Older sister of the groom, she always gave Lance a cool role model to look up to over the many years of being kids in the same house. Whether with her unmatched taste in great music, movies, or her sick sense of style, Lance always had the best person to look to when trying to navigate around what was considered “cool”. Kelly has always had a very positive influence on Lance as well as being a terrific sister, and she is a very welcome addition to the wedding party.

Kristen Kozak

Mother of the Bride

Brittany always knows her mom is there for her in all aspects of life, from that first "I think I'm in love with Lance," phone call, to just talking about their days. Ask Kristen and Brittany about their trip to Las Vegas, and you'll hear all about how they laid by the pool in pure relaxation for a few days, but drank so much they needed to take a break from relaxing to nap in their hotel room. The story is true, and these two love to laugh together. Not only does Kristen support Brittany in every way, but she also dedicates so much of her life and love to Brittany’s incredible little brother, Landon. If you spot her at the wedding be sure to grab her a glass of Kim Crawford rosé, or some bubbly!

James Hans

Father of the Bride

Ask Brittany who her best friend is and she's going to pause. Her natural default is to answer her dad... and it's true! She is incredibly lucky to be blessed with such caring, wonderful parents, and her bond with her father is one to be rivaled. From agreeing to babysit her and Lance's cats (even though he's allergic), to joining her at Cubs games, concerts, and everything in between, Britt and her pops are close. Catch these two visiting what they refer to as the “Bermuda Triangle” of Bridgeport: Freddy’s for pizza, Pancho’s for tacos, and Maxwell Street Depot for a good ol’ fashioned Polish... after which they will be in desperate need of a nap. Expect lots of tears from these two as he walks her down the aisle.

Tina Van Dyke

Mother of the Groom

Mother of the groom, Tina Van Dyke is the absolute coolest mom of all time(and the greatest chef to boot!). Whether it be letting Lance vacation in her beautiful Florida home or just dealing with Lance’s senseless shenanigans for countless years, Tina has always been there for love and support. In addition to being a spectacular mother, she has also always been an amazing friend to Lance, never ceasing to instigate a good ‘ole fashioned time or offer valuable insight and wisdom. In short, Lance wouldn’t be who he is without his mom. If you seek the pathway to culinary bliss, inquire about her world-renowned caesar salad dressing recipe; you will never go the way of mundane iceberg lettuce again!

Craig Marchbank

Father of the Groom

Father of the groom, Craig Marchbank is the quintessential “World’s Greatest Dad”(in addition to being the best snowmobile racer this side of the Pacific!). From the very beginning, he has always had Lance’s best interest whether it be with getting him a job at Oak Lawn Blacktop or going to see Lance’s band play in the dingiest dive bars you could possibly imagine all across the Chicagoland area. Craig has taught Lance the true meaning of hard work and integrity and has been the greatest influence into shaping the person Lance is today. Quite simply, Lance will forever be proud and grateful to have Craig as a father. If you see him at the wedding, make sure to buy him a Beam and coke from the bar, he has certainly earned it!
