Are children allowed?
Answer
Although we love your kids, in order to give our guests (and parents!) a night of relaxation and fun, we respectfully request no children at our wedding.

Due to limited seating, please only bring a plus one if indicated on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

How do I get to the venue?
Answer
The Overlook at KC Bison Ranch: 22 Dream Big Trace Dahlonega, GA 30533. It is sometimes easier to put Frogtown Cellars in your GPS and go past Frogtown to the gates of the KC Bison Ranch. Follow this road to the venue. Please allow approximately 25 minutes to get there from Dahlonega Town Square.

How do I get there if I don't live in Georgia?
Answer
Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson airport is 85 miles or about an hour and a half from the venue. If you are not driving from afar to the wedding, we recommend flying into this airport and renting a car to take to Dahlonega.

Do I have to attend all scheduled events?
Answer
Of course not!! We would love for you to attend as much as you can so that we can spend time with you, but we know that is not always possible. The wedding night will be spent dancing and celebrating, so we made sure to provide many other events to get to spend time with everyone.

Is transportation provided to the wedding venue?
Answer
Yes, we have reserved transportation buses for the wedding. There will be two buses picking guests up from the Smith House at 3PM for the wedding. The last bus leaves no later than 3:15PM. We will also have a bus come at 2PM if there are people who would like to grab some wine at Frogtown before the wedding. Those that choose this will be picked back up at 3:35PM for the wedding. Please do not be late to avoid them leaving without you. The buses will take guests back to the Smith House after the wedding. If you are not taking the shuttle, please do not drink and drive.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
If you are not traveling in our provided transportation, please arrive by 345 PM. The ceremony will begin at 4PM sharp.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes, there is parking, however, if you plan to drink at the reception, we ask that you take the provided transportation or a taxi. Please do not drink and drive.

May I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
No, please do not take pictures during the ceremony. We have hired a photographer and videographer to cover the ceremony and reception. However, pictures are encouraged during the cocktail hour and reception!
