Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) Airport Address: 5501 Josh Birmingham Pkwy, Charlotte, NC 28208 The airport is in West Charlotte, with the city center approximately 15 minutes away. Our venue is about 45 minutes from the airport. There should be plenty of ubers, lyfts, and taxis available. If you'd like to rent a car, Hertz, Enterprise, and Budget are all at the airport. FYI - this airport is massive, but we've always had positive experiences here (quick moving lines, good food, etc.) and hope you will too. If you're flying in/out solo, let us know your flight times and we can try to connect you with other guests with similar flight times.
Flight
Concord Regional Airport (JQF) Airport Address: 7435 Zephyr Pl. NW Concord, NC 28027 The airport is in the city of Concord, which is Northeast of Charlotte. Our venue is about 30 minutes from this airport, and most lodging options will be about 30 minutes from the airport as well. According to their website, they've got an Avis and Enterprise car rental locations on-site. This is a small regional airport. Jared and I haven't personally flown through JQF, so we're limited in knowledge of what we can share about it. But...if it's significantly cheaper for you, here's another airport option!
Train
Train station address: 1914 North Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC 28206 Hooray if taking the train is a convenient and affordable option for you! Note of caution: Our train station is in a not-so-great part of town, so please arrange pick-up/drop-off with us to make sure you're not waiting around there too long by yourself and plan for daytime arrivals & departures when possible (it's the hovering mom in me wanting you safe, sorry not sorry). Since it's downtown, you should be able to catch an uber/lyft from the train station. There's an Enterprise office <2 miles from the station (Address: 1102 South Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC) if you want to rent a car.
