What is a Nikah?

Answer

A Nikah is a traditional Islamic ceremony that seals a marriage in the eyes of God. If you're familiar with a Ketubah signing in the Jewish faith, it's quite similar! We're combining ours with a fun welcome party!

What should I wear to the Nikah/welcome party?

Answer

Whatever you feel most comfortable in! We encourage Pakistani/desi attire or cocktail Women: This is a fun time to try on the traditional colorful Pakistani clothing including lehenga (dress) lehenga choli (crop top & skirt), sari, salwar kameez (feminine coordinates) and many others. Men: A Kurta & Salwar Kameez (both suit styles) is great. You can also wear a casual suit if you'd like. Transportation?

Answer

We will be having transportation to and from Flora Farms at our wedding block hotel, Esperanza. We have booked Impala Transporation in Cabo for guests to easily arrange their to & from hotel transport. Details on Travel page

Question

Where is the welcome party at Esperanza?

Answer

The event will be at Las Estrellas restaurant on the villa side of the hotel. Please ask staff upon arriving to escort you, they will have golf carts etc available.
