The Wedding Website of Brittany Grabast and Donald Cinco
Question

Are there cellphones allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

NO. Please be respectful of the ceremony and not use your cell phones. The bride and groom have spent a tremendous amount of money on this wedding and there will be plenty of photos and video to be available for all to watch! We just ask that you be in the moment and share this special day with us without any distractions.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No please wear what makes you comfortable. However, the majority of wedding guests and the wedding party will be in cocktail attire. Also, keep in mind that there will be professional photography and videography throughout the majority of the event. The ceremony is outdoors (~15-20min duration) in Colorado in January which means it will be COLD. Please keep that in mind and dress accordingly for the ceremony. The rest of the wedding festivities will be indoors and you will be able to show off your outfit then!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you would like to bring a date PLEASE reach out to the Bride (785.345.3380) or wedding planner Bryssa (559.389.2324) to see if we can accommodate another person ASAP. The venue has a space and seating limit!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered here on Zola only. Gifts are not required for attendance! However, if you would still like to give us a gift please send it to our address listed below. We are leaving on our honeymoon immediately following our wedding so please try not to bring us your gifts on our wedding day. 5440 E Grant Ave Fresno, CA 93727

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is set to begin at 2:30pm, please be ready AT LEAST 5-10 min earlier so as not to interrupt the wedding party procession or the ceremony itself. However, it will be outdoors in winter and there is not an indoor waiting area. Hand warmers will be available! An indoor cocktail hour with drinks and appetizers will be immediately following the ceremony for you to warm up!

Question

When will the reception end?

Answer

The reception will end at 9:00pm strictly!! The city has strict hours in place for noise levels. The Lodge also enforces no partying or gathering in lodge rooms or common areas.

Question

Is there parking available?

Answer

Onsite parking is available for wedding guests located on the upper level parking lot. Cars may be left on site overnight, but must be picked up the next morning by 10am!!!

Question

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

From Taharaa's website: "The entire lodge, including guest rooms and guest room decks, Great Room, Great Room Deck, outdoor Gazebo, Pergola are smoke-free environments (including, but not limited to: cigarette, cigar, marijuana, vaping, candle, and incense smoke). There is a designated smoking area outside the lodge." Please be respectful of these restrictions and the designated smoking area. If the venue detects any traces of smoking Donald and I will be charged cleaning fees per each area.

Question

Are there rules about the bar?

Answer

YES! Proof of ID is required prior to being served alcohol. All alcohol on the premises must be provided by the venue and consumed within the Great Room, Great Room Deck, or Courtyard. You are not allowed to bring any of your own alcohol into any part of the venue.
