Absolutely! Kent State University Hotel and Conference Center has a block of rooms specifically for our guests. Just enter the code WCWD9. If booking online, please be sure to enter the group name, Wagner-Cox, and the code. Reservations must be made by June 18, 2019.
All RSVPs are due no later than May 31, 2019. Any RSVPs received after this date will be declined.

Yes. Each event has our preferred dress code. Please be respectful of our wishes and follow the guidelines.
Yes! Parking in the parking garage across from the hotel will be validated at the front desk immediately following the reception.
While we love all of our guests' children, we have decided to make this an adults-only celebration. Enjoy a night out with us as every parent deserves a little time off every now and again.
In order to keep our guest list on track, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Do not bring additional guests as they will not be permitted.

As we have hired a professional photographer, we would prefer that our guests refrain from watching the ceremony from behind their phones. Enjoy the moment live. Our photographer is giving us the rights to all photos from the day and we will be more than happy to share them with all of you. We would appreciate it if our photographer can get clear photos of the wedding party throughout the event without asking guests to clear the view.
