Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a block of rooms reserved at both the Heritage Hills Resort and the Courtyard by Marriott York. Please see the "Travel" section of the website for information on booking room blocks. Note that the Heritage Hills is where the wedding party is staying. It is also where the after party will be held and where breakfast will be served the next day.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, transportation to and from both of the recommended hotels will be provided. There is also ample onsite parking so guests may drive themselves if they so choose.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, dress code for the wedding is to be considered "Formal." The theme of the wedding is garden elegance. We encourage suits and mid (cocktail) to full length dresses. As the wedding will be held in the Spring, we are also encouraging floral patterns and pastel colors.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVPs are due online by Saturday, March 23, 2024.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 4:30pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes early to find your seat.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please indicate on your online RSVP if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

See the "Details" tab of the website. Brooke and Brittany will be hosting a Farewell Breakfast on Sunday morning at the Heritage Hills. There will also be an after-party at the hotel bar.
