How do I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, either scan the QR code provided with your invitation, or go to the RSVP tab on the website and type in the name(s) listed on your envelope. Kindly RSVP by Sunday, September 1st. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity.

What if I don't RSVP by the deadline?

Answer

Any RSVPs received after the deadline will be marked as "not attending" as we will be sending final headcounts to our vendors at this time. We hope you understand and we will miss you celebrating with us!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:30pm sharp. We ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to it starting to ensure you are able to sit where you wish and enjoy some light refreshments!

What if I am running late to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:30pm. If you happen to be late, someone will be there to let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception, so hang tight, and we will see you later in the evening. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your RSVP card. If you have received a plus one, they will appear with your name when you RSVP.

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this will be a teenagers and up only event! We appreciate your understanding.

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! Our hotel block is at the Hyatt Regency in Hauppauge. Please check our Travel & Accommodations tab for more information!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! The dress code is Formal with Black Tie Optional. This means that guests have the option of wearing their most formal attire (an evening gown or tuxedo), but may also choose to wear a formal suit or cocktail dress instead. No jeans please! We also kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the Brides - whites, ivories, and creams.
