Maid of Honor
Hi my name is Nyveek, Brittanie’s cousin and soon to be Maid Of HONOR. I want to express how honored I am to be apart of this beautiful celebration. I am extremely happy for the Hortons and the love they share. I want to personally thank God for brining this union together and for allowing them to begin this journey together. May he continue to guide and protect them and may his love strengthen this bond so that no trial nor tribulation can break it. I can’t wait till the big day. I love you guys forever 🤍. Now about me...I’m a woman of God and a college student pursuing both pharmacy tech and veterinary tech. I love and value my family and friends deeply. My favorite colors are olive green and purple, and I’m all about new adventures and making lasting memories. I have a few pets who keep life fun while I’m single with no kids. I’m known for being funny, caring, and full of heart.
Best Woman
Hey! My name is Bianca and I have the privilege of being Q’s sister! Most people describe me as quiet at first, but definitely fun to joke around with. I am a mother to school aged twins as well as a cat mom, and they keep me on my toes to say the least. I love to sing (off-key) while driving around and surround myself with good company!
Bridesman
My name is Gonyzer Carter , I was born and raised in New York and is a proud father of two beautiful daughters and a devoted fiancé. I enjoy cooking, gaming, and watching anime in my free time. As the Bride’s Man, I am honored to stand beside my dear friend and celebrate this special milestone on her wedding day.
Groomswoman
Hi! I’m Taaqiya Brown, born and raised in the Bronx, New York where the attitude is big and the pizza slices are bigger. I’ve resided in Houston since 2012 and happily married for four amazing years to my beautiful wife, LaTerica Waters-Brown. Together we have two absolutely adorable daughters, KaMina (3) and Monsai (1) and yes, I know every parent says their kids are cute, but mine actually are. I first met Q during a brief stint working at Bush Intercontinental Airport, Terminal E. Let’s just say our friendship didn’t have the smoothest takeoff (pun very much intended). But after a few too many nights bar hopping through Montrose, $2 Tuesdays at Club Onyx, and an unforgettable Vegas rooftop Kendrick Lamar concert, we’ve been solid ever since. I’m beyond honored to celebrate this beautiful couple. I wish them a lifetime of love, laughter, and the kind of memories that deserve their own inside jokes.
