Brittanie, the radiant extrovert from sunny Los Angeles, and Quiana "Q", the thoughtful introvert from the lively streets of New York City, might have seemed like an unlikely match. Yet from the moment our paths crossed, we discovered that beneath our differences were shared values, perspectives, and experiences that quietly drew us together. We officially met at work in the fall of 2023, placed at the same location at the same time. What began as a professional connection bounded by ranks, shifted when Brittanie earned a promotion and returned home to Los Angeles. But destiny wasn’t ready to let go. Within two months, Brittanie was back in Houston, where our story truly began. By summer 2024, we followed our hearts and embraced what quickly began to grow. During our August 2025 vacation we became engaged and now we will be celebrating the joy of finding someone who understands, values, and loves with intent in every way.
