What time will the Shuttle Bus be leaving the Hilton Garden Inn to get to the Three Village Inn before the Ceremony?

Answer

The shuttle will start making trips to the venue at 4:15pm to get to the Three Village Inn before the Ceremony.

What time will the Shuttle Bus be leaving the Venue to go back to the Hilton Garden Inn?

Answer

The Shuttle will start making trips returning to the Hilton at 10:30pm and be making round trips until 12:30am to accommodate guests both staying and not staying for the After Party.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than March 30th, 2022

When should I book my hotel room by?

Answer

Please book your room as soon as possible as the amount of rooms is based on availability. The last day to get a room in our Wedding Block is March 30th, 2022.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Invited guests are stated explicitly on the front address of your invitation. Please do not bring guests to the wedding that are not addressed on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry, we respectfully ask that no children attend the reception.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes. Please reach out to Brittany or Oliver with any restrictions at least 2 weeks before the wedding date.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there will be a Valet at the ceremony/reception if you choose to arrive by car. There will also be a Shuttle bus available to take guests to and from the Hilton Garden Inn in Stony Brook so guests can enjoy themselves without having to worry about driving.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. We will be providing a Shuttle bus to and from the Hilton Garden Inn in Stony Brook throughout the entire length of the event.
