Are kids invited?

Answer

No... We love your kids—we really do, but we want our wedding to be an adult party and your night off!

Is there transportation from the hotels to the wedding?

Answer

There is no official transportation but here are a few options... Staying at Linden Row Inn? There is a complimentary shuttle that runs every half hour within a 2 mile radius (Tredegar is). Just coordinate with the front desk (first come, first served basis). If you're staying at the Delta Hotel, same idea... There is a complimentary shuttle available that you can arrange with the front desk, but the Delta hotel is also just a 2-3 min walk from the venue. Otherwise, Uber and Lyft are all over Richmond! And finally, if you're driving, there is plenty of parking onsite at Tredegar.

Can I bring a date?

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we ask that you just bring your fabulous self to celebrate with us and the other guests!

What's the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail/casual chic! Look your best but be comfortable and have fun with it! Ceremony, cocktail hour and reception are all on Tredegar grounds but there will be some walking/moving around (on sometimes uneven/outdoor ground) and, of course, the dancing! Please keep in mind that most of the wedding will take place outside so please keep an eye on the weather. We will have heaters in the tent but hoping to not have to use them!

What time do we arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4pm so arriving just prior to that would be great. After the ceremony, we'll go straight into cocktail hour, followed by the reception, which will end at 11pm. Then the after party!

Answer

There is plenty of complimentary parking onsite at the venue, Tredegar Iron Works - 500 Tredegar St.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

Danny says, "Pack a lunch!" :-P In all seriousness, if you have a food allergy or concern, please email us a few weeks ahead of time at brittandanny@gmail.com to let us know! We will absolutely do our best to accommodate.
