There may have been a crush back in high school... Possibly even a kiss shared, early 2000s. Jump to 2014. After not seeing each other for more than 10 years, Brittany was in Richmond for a friend's wedding, visiting from NYC. She and Danny ran into each other at the after party downtown. They caught up and probably flirted a little. At the end of the evening Danny told Brittany to let him know next time she was in town. She said OK, but figured since she was only in town a few times a year, it was unlikely they'd see each other again any time soon. Little did she know, she'd be back in RVA only two weeks later. When her sweet Gma passed unexpectedly, she came home to be with family. It was a long, emotional week and by the end, she needed some girlfriend time. While out with best friends, B&D "just so happened" to run into each other again. This time around, it may not have been so random since Danny happened to be with the husband of a girlfriend B was out with. Danny convinced the guys to show up at the same place when he heard Brittany Jones was in town! The high school crush reignited from there and B&D ended up hanging out for the rest of the night. Heading back to NYC the next day, Brittany figured it was probably a long shot that their fun, flirty night would turn into anything more than that, but decided to text Danny anyway to tell him she had a great time. And that was the beginning... first daily texting, then calls, and then there were visits and vacations together. Many train rides later, between Richmond and New York, B just couldn't resist that DB charm and she let Danny steal her away from NYC so they could be together and close to family again. They've been adventuring, making great meals and having a blast together ever since. That's the START of the story! We love you all & can't wait to celebrate with you in November.
