Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Unfortunately we can’t accommodate any plus ones because of the high guest count & limited space. If you can’t RSVP for your guest on our website, we can’t accommodate them. We hope you take this as a chance to mingle – thank you for your understanding.

Can I bring children?
Answer
This is an adults only event. Although we love your little ones, unfortunately we cannot accommodate children. We hope you take this as a chance to let your hair down for the evening – thank you for your understanding.

What’s the parking like?
Answer
There is no parking at the venue. If you plan on driving, please RSVP to park in the lot at Purcellville Baptist Church. A shuttle will get you to and from your car. If you’re not driving, feel free to get dropped off directly at the venue.

How will I get to the venue?
Answer
You can either take the shuttle, use a ride share service or get dropped off. Discount codes for Lyft and Uber will be provided to use on the day of the wedding.

Where should I stay?
Answer
We have 2 hotel blocks to choose from. Both hotels listed have reserved rooms at discounted rates from 9/29-10/2. The Aloft is under 10 minutes from the airport and where the welcome event is held Friday night. The Tru by Hilton is where the bride and groom are staying Saturday night. It’s located in One Loudoun, where shops, activities, restaurants and Sunday brunch are in walking distance.

What is the closest Airport
Answer
Dulles International Airport. There are complimentary shuttle services available at each hotel. We suggest utilizing their free shuttle services to and from Dulles airport. Please call the front desk in advance to reserve.

Backroads or main roads?
Answer
GPS will suggest faster routes to the venue using backroads. Please note that those routes can be tough to navigate for those who aren’t familiar. Main roads will be a smoother ride but will take more time so please plan ahead.
