**This event is completely optional** All guests are welcome to stop by and mingle before the big day, but don’t feel obligated to. The bride and groom will be there welcoming out of towners. Drinks will be available for purchase at the bar.

Parking/Shuttle to Wedding

Attire: Sunday Best (Please wear grass friendly shoes)
This is NOT where the ceremony is taking place, this is only for parking and shuttle pick up. There is no parking at the ceremony. If you’re not driving, feel free to get dropped off directly at the ceremony (38287 N Fork Rd).
Wedding Ceremony (no parking)
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Attire: Sunday Best (Please wear grass friendly shoes)
Please no plus one dates or children due to the high guest count & limited space. If you can’t RSVP for them on our website, we can’t accommodate them unfortunately. We hope you take this as a chance to let your hair down for the evening and mingle – thank you for your understanding.
Cocktail Hour
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
There will be passed appetizers and drinks available.
Dinner
5:00 pm - 6:30 pm
Dinner will be BBQ served buffet style. There will be vegetarian and vegan options. Come hungry!
Reception/Dancing
6:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Get ready to dance like you’ve never danced before.
Shuttle from Wedding
7:00 pm - 11:00 pm
A shuttle will drop you off at your car parked at the Purcellville Baptist Church lot. Feel free to use a car service like Uber or Lyft as well. We’ll provide discount vouchers for the day of the wedding.
After Party
9:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Take some time to chill out. Grab a beer (or water) and a seat by the fire.
Please don’t drink and drive. Check the travel page for Uber and Lyft discount codes.
Sparkler Send-Off
11:00 pm
Send the bride and groom off proper to their hotel for the evening. Sparklers and matches will be provided.
