Maid of Honor
I met Sydney in elementary school. We got on the same bus since she lived right up the road. When I first met her that day I really made a mental effort to distinguish her name apart from "Cindy" - knowing a person's name had meant a lot to me even from a young age - we became fast friends. Core memories include birthday parties, cookie cake, and sled riding - pure joy. There was a time when our different paths in middle/high school had meant we'd spend less time around one another, but the friendship never faded. We continued to grow and even after high school graduation our time together only increased. The friendship blossomed into random shopping trips and late night drives - Syd would hop in my car and say, "Can I play a song?" I always handed her the aux. cord. She has great taste in music and music was something that we always bonded over. Fast forward a little more to today, where realistically we both have full time jobs (and we're both attending school) and time to meet up is harder to come by. This makes the moments that we do spend together that much more precious. Sydney has always been a supportive, open, and there-for-you friend. We've gone through so many changes finding our individuality but our friendship continues to soar.

I first met Kymee in middle school. We bonded through a mutual love of music that persisted and only grew throughout high school. We had similar interests and mutual friends and we were constantly around one another through band - from summer band camp, to fall games, winter & spring parades, and a couple concerts per year - our friendship grew stronger. We laughed all the time, made up silly nicknames, and often did mini "fashion shows." We went on soooo many ice cream walks and once I started driving we were making snack runs to Sheetz. Post-graduation we both stayed local for a couple years. With our proximity being so close we hung out constantly. Our friendship continues to stand against the strongest test of all: time. Through all of our moves and relationships, Kymee has continued to be a wonderful friend. She is an amazing mom and an ever better person. With Kymee by my side on my Wedding Day, I couldn't imagine it any other way.

Mandy came into my life during a tumultuous time in my life - my TEEN years. Part of me was incredibly nervous when I heard that I was to be welcoming an older sister into my life, but I was excited too! During our first Christmas together I remember receiving books and that was all I needed. We instantly bonded over our love of reading and books and story telling and everything nerdy and supernatural. This area is still a focal point of our relationship to this day. Growing up with Mandy for over a decade has been amazing. Some things are still the same - discussion about books NEVER gets old. Life continued to roll on as I went to college. I majored in English, joined clubs, and started filling out notebooks of stories and poetry. I often wished I could share some of these experiences (like Open Mic Night at a local coffee shop) with Mandy. I always loved talking about my literature and poetry classes with her - I knew Mandy could relate 1000%. She has brought laughter, joy (and a nephew, Brice), into my life. We continue to grow and learn new things (like guitar playing and crocheting) and our connection only grows stronger. Mandy has been, in some ways, a pillar in my life and I couldn't be more grateful. I'm honored that she will stand beside me on one of the most memorable days of my life.
Bridesmaid
Lindsey came into my life more recently than the other ladies whom I went to school with. Initially, she began dating my brother, TJ. We didn't hang out or chat much - it's pretty well known that TJ and I were living our own lives post-high school and we weren't known to "hang out" together. Flash-forward to February 2019. For the first time, we took a big family trip (Me, Matt, TJ, Lindsey, Mom, and Rex) to the Sunshine State. Throughout the week we experienced some firsts and, more importantly, we bonded. That trip was a blissful time of kayaking, amusement, delicious food, and more. After the vacation ended and life went back to normal, we occasionally met up for dinner. Getting to know one another day by day. The change Lindsey had on TJ was undeniable. Words couldn't describe the joy I felt when they announced they were expecting on Christmas 2020. We were shocked and thrilled and soon welcomed a new member into our family; my niece, TJ & Linsdey's daughter, Vivienne. This little bundle of wonder and light has warmed all of our hearts. I knew Lindsey would make an amazing mother. She exudes warmth and holds care in her heart. Lindsey is such a positive person and I can count on her confidence any day. I couldn't be happier that she is a part of my family. I'm thrilled to have her stand with me on this most important day.

I met Madison because our moms became coworkers and very fast friends. It turns out we lived pretty close together which was convenient for when I would visit to babysit. Our families often went out to dinner. Madison was more into soccer and I was more into band, but that didn't stop our moms from showing the same amount of love and support. We were grades apart, but the bonds between our families had become intertwined with parties, dinners, holidays, and bonfires. Years later, post-high school, Madison is currently going to college to become an R.N. Even now we meet up when we can and enjoy the moment when it's present. Our gatherings may be less frequent, but the care we have for one another has never wavered. I've seen Madison grow into the person she is today. I'm incredibly happy to have her by my side on my Wedding Day.

Brother of the Groom Ray has always been the jack of trades in the family. I bet he is working on something right now. Growing up with you was like chasing the wind, I could never keep up but I wouldn’t trade those experiences for anything. I remember as kids riding our Tonka dump trucks down our hill when we lived in Pittsburgh; I’ll never forget stuff like that high ride chopper bike you built, or the flower wishing well you made for mom. Ray is the only guy I know that can build a car engine and computer tower in the same afternoon. As an animal lover, It shows that Diesel and Max were hoping you’d choose them for a forever home. Thank you for always using your talents to better someone else’s situation.

Brother of the Groom Andy is the youngest brother, my little bro, now that is a special kind of bond. We often shared a lot of things growing up so we were a dynamic duo from get go. Brothers growing up, we all had our similarities but Andy and I stayed closer on the nerd side of everything. I am very good at video games but I still call on Andy when I am stuck so that says a lot in itself, he is my gaming counter part. Thanks for always taking care of the pets, Midnight, Thea, and now Bolt, obviously they are lucky to have you. From older days of playing magic the gathering to kayaking, and just hanging around. Everyone knows its not as cool unless Andy is there.

Brother of the Groom As the oldest of my brothers, Chris always had a huge hand in helping raise and look after us as Big Bro. Eventually Chris would introduce me to something that would change my life forever, video games. He was the first of us to have an xbox and there was no turning back after that; I’ve been obsessed ever since so thank you for that gift Chris. Being the elder of the bunch, he always led into things first in a way and I definitely needed that guidance growing up. Thank you so much for being the bridge between Grandma and us during the times we lived apart. Now one of the best fathers a dad can be to our 14 year old niece Peyton, things are looking up and I cant wait to see what the next big move is. P. S. We are outriders for life!
Usher
DJ has always been around the Hommeys for as long as anyone can remember. Truly a part of the family and one of the brothers, DJ has never strayed away from being a great person to me. Initially, I met DJ through Ray as one of Ray's longest standing bffs. He's been there for all of our important family milestones. I will never ever forget the memories we made playing video games and doing things like making it on the news, dressing up as dinosaurs. Master of the wheel and all things racing, Dj is one of the best Drivers I know.

Brother of the Bride. Growing up with TJ was never dull. He was reckless sometimes, but it was carefree in a way that I wasn't. Most days were either humorous, terrifying, or nothing at all, but there were spotlights of happiness, glee. In these pockets of light, I knew that my brother cared for me. Being with Lindsey had opened TJ up in a way that he was never so vulnerable before. With the addition of sweet Vivienne, TJ softened up even more so - and added more dad-jokes to his list of goofs and gaffs. Through all of our ups and downs, I wouldn't dream of my wedding day without my brother here.
Flower Girl
Vivienne came into the world in August of 2021. She is my adorable niece and TJ and Lindsey's daughter. Cute as a button and growing everyday, she is pure innocence and joy and laughter. She is full of wonder and she's funny as can be.
