Are RSVP required?

Answer

Our wedding is strictly RSVP ONLY. The deadline for RSVP is February 1st, 2024. To provide the venue and vendors with appropriate number of guest in a timely manner we will not accept late RSVPs. Please choose Yes or No. If you do not submit a response by the deadline we will assume you will not be attending.

Are children allowed?

Answer

No. The Royalton Hideaway is adult only! The other Royalton properties are family friendly. Keep in mind you are free to bring your family to Jamaica for the experience, but unfortunately for the wedding ceremony and reception there will be NO children outside the ones in the wedding.

Are plus ones allowed?

Answer

No. Please understand that we addressed invitations to the people we would love to come. Due to our limited guest list, we will only be able to accommodate guest formally invited on invitations. You do not have to come to Jamaica alone but you will have to come to the wedding alone if your plus one is not included on the invitation.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We are requesting formal/cocktail hour attire. Please avoid wearing colors of the bride and groom (I.e. solid white, ivory, etc). If you would like to dress according to the theme of the wedding we suggest, soft tones such as baby blue, blush pink, tan, peach, etc. The idea behind these colors is that they are associated with calming and peaceful vibes. Also remember the ceremony is outside so dress accordingly for your comfort.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5pm. Please arrive 15-30min to find a seat. If you happen to be staying off the resort please plan your travel accordingly.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you. We have waited a long time for this day so party accordingly!

What if I’m vegetarian?

Please let the wedding couple know so they can make prior arrangements.

Is there a group rate for resort?

Answer

Group rates are available. If you are interested in the information and how it works please reach out to the wedding couple.

Do you have to pay upfront to reserve your room at the resort?

Answer

No. There are multiple options available on the website. There is an option on the resort website to reserve your room and pay 2 weeks prior to your arrival date. This option is highly recommended in order to secure your room and it should be done as soon as possible. Lastly there is an option for a payment plan which is very beneficial.
