Maid of Honor
If you have yet had the pleasure of meeting this sassy sister of mine, you will find her ripping up the dance floor 98% of the night. Look there. Lauren, more commonly known as Lili ("Lee-lee"), is two years my junior. Therefore, we fought a lot for the first 13 years of her life, but became besties after that. I like to compliment myself and think of her as my darker-toned twin. She is so thoughtful and engaging, and the best cheerleader that you sometimes forget her own many talents, which are aplenty. She is an athlete, brainiac, plant whisperer, fashion guru, and did I mention the dancing? But sorry gents, this lovely lady recently got engaged...can't wait to see her walk down the aisle next year :)
Best Man
Older brother of the groom and an overall pretty neat guy. We met at a very young age and have been doing fun stuff together ever since. We had fun playing sports together and occasionally building stuff when we were kids (go-kart, canoe, tree house, biggest possible explosive out of $20 worth of fireworks, etc). We've had fun adventures as we've gotten older climbing and repelling Colorado's 14'ers, skiing across Colorado and Wyoming, and an expedition up Denali. He's been blazing trails since I was a kid and showed me that the sky was the limit (quite literally, he's an F-16 pilot).
Bridesmaid
The laundry list of this sister of the bride’s contributions to the world include: three of Brit’s favorite tiny humans (see: ring bearers, flower girl), Brit’s sense of style (agree to disagree), inspiring blog The Autumn Girl. Meg has been running the show since I can remember. She ran our neighborhood "bootcamp" when were kids, our neighborhood plays, and now I understand she is running her neighborhood toddler camp as a mom? Even with three kids 3 & under, her energy never ends! She is the reason our family trips happen, and that we ever have plans while on those trips. We have become the best of friends through adulthood, and I am so blessed for that. Meg is always there when you need her, so fun and entertaining, and such an inspiration as a mom!!
Groomsman
We were randomly paired roommates freshmen year in college and then proceeded to live together long enough to be common law married in the state of Colorado. I still wonder if we could have gotten any tax breaks. Talented musician, avid outdoorsman and a brilliant engineer. The only person I know to hike the pacific crest trail (2,653 mi), raft the grand canyon, climb the tallest mountain in North America, among countless other crazy adventures. Ghost hunting in old buildings or Skydiving in Moab, always a fun time with this guy.
Bridesmaid
Friends since Kindergarten, Carli and I were uber tomboys together and fast friends for it - though Carli went on to play D1 hockey (we do NOT have that in common). Now our shared love for sports is balanced by wine nights and more recently zoom happy hours. Carli is the one who is convinced she won't get into any business school and then later calls me up because actually she got into both Booth and Kellogg and can't decide (she made the right choice - go Cats!). She is a goof on the outside, and bolsters those around her while she is quietly dominating whatever stage of life she's in. She's fiercely loyal, pee-your-pants funny, and is a lifelong ride or die.
Groomsman
Partner in crime throughout college - same schedule, same project groups, same dorm room and same house. Andrew was there for every all nighter I have ever pulled, and one 45 hour stint in which we only left the computer lab to watch the sun rise and set on Saturday and Sunday. We've shared adventures climbing Rainer, hiking 14ers, kayaking with otters, and he was driving the convertible Porsche 911 the only time I've been over 100 mph. Andrew has been the group ring leader, organizing book club, travel destinations, and impromptu music sessions jamming on the guitar. He has a beautiful singing voice and is single now, all you ladies.
Bridesmaid
We met in third grade when Andrea moved to Chicago. She brought free samples of Ghirardelli chocolates for show and tell, and I immediately knew we had to be friends. We played ice hockey together through sophomore year of high school, by which point Andrea had accumulated too many concussions and was prohibited from playing (so lacrosse it was). On a dual ski/college visit trip in Colorado our senior year, Andrea already had her heart set on CU Boulder, while I was a little clueless. We left that trip with myself having new sights on CU, and Andrea jumping ship for DU. I think we both like the decisions we made! Chocolate and hockey evolved into wine and girls nights over the years, then to many double dates exploring Chicago and Denver. Trying to convince her and Colin to move back!
Groomsman
Gabe shreds on the guitar, is becoming a pilot, and he works designing and 3D printing rocket parts, so that's crazy. He and his wife have been my best friends in Denver over the past few years. We were roommates in college for three years, and then for a year and a half after college. I love hanging out watching movies, walking Rocket (their dog), getting butter chicken and brunch. We are always laughing whenever we are together. He is quick with a joke, does hilarious impression in both English and Spanish, and has a contagious laugh that makes everyone feel at ease.

As a senior in college, I got a postcard from CU engineering from a girl named Lauren explaining why she loved her experience with CU and environmental engineering so much. Lo and behold, this same Lauren was a junior in Andrews Hall when I started as a freshman. We became great friends as next door neighbors in the dorm, and later as roommates off campus. I visited Lauren and her now-husband Jack in Seattle where Lauren was pursuing her PhD, and left thinking they live the most balanced life of anyone I know. They just seem to have life figured out. I always feel refreshed and calm in Lauren's presence; someone I admire a lot :) Lauren finished grad school last year, bringing her and Jack back to Colorado!! Many dinners, hikes and hangs ahead!
Groomsman
If you are unclear about what "Mountain Chic" or "Barn Formal" means...refer to this picture. Now THAT is a bolo!! Older brother of the bride and fellow Coloradan who is always hosting a dinner or barbecue - we love living near Sam and Jess! Sam is a true family man. He will drop everything if he hears family is coming to town. He is the most enamored father to Grace, and probably puts more pressure on us than anyone else to have kids asap....we had the best experience growing up near cousins, and the man is vocal about Gracie having the same experience! Sam and I were a little too close in age to be best pals growing up, but we have become great friends as adults as well as with each others spouses' -- it is so fun living in the same city! I am loving this chapter of life.
Bridesmaid
Lo-Lo-Lopez! We met through CU hockey, and then Lopez was recruited for the Andrews flag football team when I learned she played "high school flag football". This means she knew Jared as well - she is the one who thought we'd make a good couple :) Much of the fam knows Lopez. She took one spring break trip with me to Hilton Head Island when my grandparents lived there (she had such a crazy school schedule though that she pretty much slept the whole trip to recover). Then, when my sister found out Lopez had wedding planning experience, Lopez was flown out to Chicago to plan the Dunigan wedding. This woman does it all. I'd catch a hike or coffee shop hangout with her whenever I visited Jared in Colorado. Lopez since moved for PA school, but her friendship is always a constant!
Groomsman
Brit's younger brother, who will rave about Jared's mechanic skills to anyone who will listen! After spending the last couple years in Chicago, this stud just moved back to Colorado, this time to Fort Collins area. Joe is probably the best sibling at checking in with regular calls, be it family news updates, Cubs or Blackhawks, or just saying hi :) He likes to take care of me, as he calls me his "little sis" - though I am older, I am smaller than him. So, little sis it is. He is our (self-aware) drama king, with his iconic "woooooooowwww" response to anything remotely offensive. As Lili noted, the length of the "wow" is proportional to the extent of his indignation. We have successfully gotten three more Schneiders to Colorado (Joe, Mom and Dad) -- Joe and I are scheming on the rest!
Bridesmaid
As another Andrews Hall/math nerd, Ilana has been my friend since early college. Years later she's still by my side because we like a lot of the same non-math things: getting outside, finding new happy hours (grad school life), game nights; and she is a total gamer for anything not involving snow. Ilana tells it like it is. She tells me when I have food in my teeth, and that I should switch from running to climbing because it's better (we're at a stalemate on this one). She values rather than judges differences, striving to understand others' perspectives -- this must come from the teacher in her. I love this quality. Ilana has become great friends with Jared since she moved back to CO for her PhD program. They are climbing buddies aka she is the perfect third wheel.
Ring Bearer
This young will be 4 right before the wedding weekend. He loves planes, trains, Mom, Dad, McKenna, and ``Baby Jack!". He was a great ring bearer in 2020, instinctively blowing off the dirt when he dropped the rings en route to delivery. Yeah Char Man!
Flower Girl
2020 baby in the house! Daughter of Sam and Jess, this nugget would not have made the wedding if had occurred as planned in April 2020. She was a month old at our wedding in October 2020, and might be walking this October, joining the ranks as a flower girl! Yay Gracie!!
Flower Girl
The line of the year has been ``McKenna is a vibe". This one's personality has come in strong in the last year - run-around-naked-with-a-bucket-on-your-head strong. She also paints her nails with fruit pouches (quite skillfully!). We love you, Kens!
Ring Bearer
This wee one is an honorary ring bearer, as he'll turn 6 months in October...this cutie joined us in 2021! Cute as a button, this child can do no wrong. Yet.
