The Wedding Website of Emily Briske and Jared Youngblood
From what to wear to where to park — and everything in between — we’ve gathered all the need-to-know details to make your wedding weekend as smooth and fun as possible. If you’re wondering about it, chances are it’s answered here! If you have any other questions that are not listed below, please feel free to reach out to us!
Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adult-focused celebration. A small number of children have been invited including a few infants of the bridal party, but we kindly ask that all other guests make arrangements for a child-free evening. If your child(ren) have been invited, their name(s) will be listed on your invite! We so appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

How do I reserve my spot?

Answer

To RSVP, please visit the "RSVP" page on our website and fill out the online form. Please RSVP at your earliest convenience and no later than May 25th, 2026. We look forward to celebrating with you!

Question

What if I do not rsvp in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by May 25th, 2026, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's.

Question

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on the RSVP page so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you will not make it, please notify us as soon as you are aware.

Question

Is there a dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We encourage guests to wear elegant and formal attire. Please visit the "Outfit Inspo" page for more details.

Question

Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?

Answer

For the ladies: We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the Bride: Whites, Ivories, Creams, or any color that photographs as White (light yellow, etc). If the dress has white as the base color but a colored pattern over it please also avoid wearing it. We also ask you avoid the color black as that is reserved for the ladies in our wedding party. For the fellas: We kindly ask that you wear a black, blue, green, or gray suit. White undershirts are ACCEPTABLE! Please no jeans or shorts. If you have any questions or need some inspiration please visit our "Outfit Inspo" page.
