We ask that you RSVP by no later than May 10th either via mail or by using the RSVP tab on our website.
Suggested attire is semi-formal or cocktail attire. Our short ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside, while the reception will be held inside.
Unfortunately, as our venue is not suitable for little ones, we will be holding an adults-only evening. We hope this will allow you a much-deserved night off to celebrate with us!
Complimentary transportation will be available to and from the ceremony by Stephen's Limousine Service. Multiple shuttles will be departing from Hyatt Place at 5 o'clock PM and returning around 11 PM.
There is plenty of parking on-site at the venue, but we do encourage early arrival. For your safety and convenience, our venue permits all personal vehicles to remain parked overnight and picked up the following day.
All of our guest's safety is our main priority on our special day. Our RSVP includes space to write your dietary concerns, but please feel free to contact Anna Swanson ASAP if you have any serious food allergies to ensure safe preparation of your meal.
