- Grilled mozzarella and vegetable bruschetta, plum tomato salad, balsamic and pea shoot salad
- Tian of prawns and oak smoked salmon, crab mayonnaise, plum tomato and shellfish dressing
- Smoked Duck, avocado and red onion salad with mango & chilli sesame
MAIN OPTIONS:
- Slow roasted fillet of Berkshire beef, dauphinoise potatoes, asparagus with port jus
- Seared corn-fed chicken, creamed potato, buttered savoy, wild mushroom and roasted shallot
- Risotto of seasonal vegetables and herbs, parmesan and pea shoot salad

- Strawberry cheesecake
