What are my airport options?

Answer

Bakersfield Meadows Field Airport is the closest at about a 45 minute to an hour drive. Burbank is the second closest at about a 1 hour and 45 minute drive. LAX is about a 2 hour and 15 minute drive.

Are my children invited to the wedding?

Answer

While we love your kids, we are only able to accommodate children of immediate family and the bridal party, who are named on the invitation. We hope you understand and enjoy the night off as we can't wait to celebrate with you!

How do I know if I can bring a plus one?

Answer

Your invitation will indicate if you are allotted a plus one by stating "and guest" or having your guests name on the envelope.

Does the venue have parking?

Answer

The wedding venue is located in Downtown Tehachapi so there is street parking where marked. There is also a park and ride parking lot not too far away from the venue. The hotel is 0.5 mile away from the venue straight down Tehachapi Blvd.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us. We ask that you wear semi-formal attire such as a cocktail-length dress or dressy separates for women and a suit and tie for men. The reception will be outside. The temperature can drop and wind can pick up after the sun goes down, so please bring a jacket or coat to wear. Ladies, be aware that the museum will not allow stiletto or pointed heel shoes to be worn so please take that into account when choosing your footwear.

What's the bar situation at the reception?

Open! We'll have signature drinks, beer, & wine. And of course non-alcoholic beverages.
