We couldn't imagine being able to spend only 6 hours with the people that mean the most to us, so we are beyond excited to extend the wedding celebration for the whole weekend! We can't wait to share the entire wedding weekend with all of you. We really appreciate you traveling here to spend quality time and celebrate with us! While you are by no means required to be on-site for all of the festivities, we hope you will use this time as a reason to unplug and have a little vacation in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. We understand a 3 day trip to Colorado is a big commitment, so here are the details so you know what to expect.

Check In

Deer Creek Mountain Camp

This is only for those who have chosen to stay on-site at Deer Creek Mountain Camp.

We know everyone's travel will look a little different, so please know you are not expected to check in by 1pm on Friday. Anytime after 1pm your lodging on-site will be available for you!

Camp Carpenter!

1:00 pm - 6:00 pm

During this time before the Welcome Party we will have fun, optional events on-site. More info coming soon - but think lawn games, beach volleyball, and other camp games :)

Welcome Party!

6:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Deer Creek Mountain Camp

We'd love for all guests to join us on-site at Deer Creek Mountain Camp for our Welcome Party! We will be serving tacos and a variety or alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. We will cap the night off with a bonfire & s'mores!

Pancake Breakfast

8:00 am - 10:00 am

Join us for a casual, optional breakfast on-site! We will be serving pancakes and sides.

Time to Explore!

10:00 am - 2:30 pm

Please use this time to enjoy the Colorado mountains! Feel free to hang on-site at Deer Creek Mountain Camp or explore the town of Bailey. Check out the "things to do" tab if you're interested in getting off-site. If you'd like to stay on-site, please enjoy the miles of hiking paths, the disc golf course, the sand volleyball court, the rec center including an indoor basketball court, pool table, ping pong table and poker table, or the many porches with views of the mountains through the aspens.

Wedding Ceremony & Reception

4:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Deer Creek Mountain Camp

Dress up with us! Cocktail attire. Suits with or without jackets or ties for men. Dresses, jumpsuits, or suits for women. Please note the terrain is hilly and has many gravel paths so keep that in mind while selecting footwear.

The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm, but be sure to get there early to get your seat. You'll want some time to enjoy the views and hopefully spot some wildlife. The ceremony will be outdoors among an aspen grove, please consider the weather in your attire. October in Colorado varies weather wise, so please keep an eye on the weather prior to traveling. The ceremony will be followed by an outdoor cocktail hour, dinner in the main lodge, and dancing in the A-frame cabin, which are all a short walk from the ceremony site.

Guests that are staying on-site are required to check out of their lodging by 10:30 am on Sunday.
