We've reserved a room block at the Wisconsin Union Hotel for $197 per night. This block is live until June 8th. The hotel is steps away from our reception venue, right across the street. Each hotel room includes one complimentary parking spot in their underground lot.

DoubleTree by Hilton Madison Downtown

We have reserved a room block at the DoubleTree for $199 per night. This block is live until June 5th. The DoubleTree has a complimentary shuttle service for the duration of your stay: they will pick you up from and drop you off at the airport and drive you around Madison during your visit so you needn't rent a car or call a car service.

Shuttle Between Locations on the Wedding Day

The DoubleTree by Hilton is providing a free shuttle for our wedding guests! If you are staying at the DoubleTree, you may take the shuttle to the wedding Mass. After Mass, the shuttle will run from the Library Mall in front of the Wisconsin Memorial Union to the Wisconsin Institute for Discovery between 4:30-5:15pm to bring guests to the reception. All wedding guests are invited to use the shuttle to the reception, not just guests staying at the DoubleTree! After the reception, if you're staying at the DoubleTree, you can take the shuttle back to the hotel.
