Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Since this is a destination wedding, we're trying to gauge headcount sooner rather than later. Please RSVP by January 15th, 2025.

Question

When should I arrive to Italy?

Answer

We recommend flying into Italy by the morning of June 23rd, 2025 (Monday) at the latest. We will be hosting several events at the venue beginning with the welcome dinner on Monday night, and we hope to celebrate with everyone then.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have exclusivity of the venue from June 23rd through June 26th. We are happy to provide all guests a complimentary room at the venue during these dates. Please anticipate staying at the venue as there are not many other nearby accommodation options. Breakfast and lunch are available for purchase from the venue’s restaurant. Please let us know if you plan on attending breakfasts when you RSVP, the venue is requesting an estimate of how much food to prepare.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding ceremony and reception is black-tie optional. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit and tie or a tuxedo, while ladies can opt for an evening gown, midi length dress, or dressy pantsuit. Ladies, we recommend avoiding any stiletto heels. The venue's grounds are mainly made up of grass, gravel, and cobblestone pavement, so we suggest wearing a block heel. The average temperature in June in the region is a high of 80 degrees during the day, and a low of 59 degrees at night. Please see our schedule tab for dress codes for events outside of the wedding ceremony.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please be seated for the ceremony by 5 PM.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are regrettably at capacity with our venue, which means we can only accommodate those guests explicitly invited by name on the invitation.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

Please note this is an adults-only property.

Question

What should I pack?

Answer

Power outlets are different in Italy than they are in the U.S. You will need an adapter simply to charge your phone or other electronic devices. We like the Tessan Universal Adapter with 4 USB Ports, which can be purchased on Amazon. Please be aware that any U.S.-made blow dryer or hot tool may not work. Even with an adapter, the voltage is too strong for U.S.-made products and they will overheat and/or blow a fuse. You will need hair styling tools that match the voltage, or that are dual voltage. The standard voltage is 230 V and the standard frequency is 50 Hz. Outside of the normal items, we recommend packing a travel steamer (dual voltage) as no irons will be supplied in the venue. There will be a pool, so bring a bathing suit if you plan to swim. There are no laundry facilities on the property.

Question

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

We will kindly ask that you turn off your phone and keep it in your bag or pocket during the wedding ceremony. We look forward to sharing professional photographs when they are ready. We would love for you to take photos and videos throughout all of other events, and encourage you to share them with us!
