Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than March 15, 2024. You are welcome to respond via response card or directly on the website.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We'd love for you to dress up with us! Think black-tie optional for men and black tie for women. We'd love to see you in tuxedos (if you happen to already have one), dark-colored suits, floor-length gowns/dresses and jumpsuits. You are welcome to remove your tuxedo or suit jacket at any time. Weather permitting, our ceremony will be taking place outdoors. A coat check will be available.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

A block of rooms has been reserved for your convenience. Booking will remain open until March 23, 2024. We recommend booking your travel early as April is the start of high season for weddings in the area & hotels will book up fast. If the hotel block is full at your time of booking, please let us know and we will request additional rooms if they are available. Please see Travel for more information.

Question

Is there a shuttle from the hotel?

Answer

Roundtrip transportation will be provided. The shuttles will leave the Hampton Inn at 5pm sharp with return trips at 10:30pm and at the end of the night.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Seating for the ceremony will be begin at 5:30 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM. Traffic in the area can be heavy this time of year. Please allow for extra travel time if you aren't taking the shuttle from the hotel.

What if I have a food allergy?

Answer

Please reach out to Bridget or Tim by March 15 if you'd like us to make note of a food allergy.

Question

Is parking available at Nanina's?

Answer

Self-parking and complimentary valet parking are available. You are welcome to leave your car overnight at Nanina's should you choose a different method of transportation home. Please take your keys with you.

What if I don't feel well?

Answer

If you're not feeling well we kindly ask that you stay home to help us protect our family & friends.

Can I take photos?

Answer

We want our family and friends to be fully present in the moment with us. For that reason, we're kindly requesting no photos or videos during the ceremony. You're welcome to take photos the rest of the evening.

Are children welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones but this is an adult-only celebration.

Phoebe can't wait for her pawrents to make it official!
