Airport Selection
The Dane County Airport (MSN) in Madison, WI is ~45 minutes to the venue. The Milwaukee International Airport (MKE) is ~1 hour 5 minutes to the venue. O'Hare International Airport (ORD) is ~1 hour 40 minutes to the venue.

SHUTTLE INFORMATION
Please read if you RSVPed "yes" to utilizing our shuttles. The shuttles will be leaving from Country Inn & Suites. This is just across the parking lot for those staying at the Holiday Inn. Due to high interest level, all guests will be assigned to Shuttle One or Shuttle Two to ensure the ceremony will start on time. Please see below for important details: Shuttle from Country Inn & Suites to RiverStone Wedding & Event Center: 1. Guests in Group One to be in lobby at 4:00 pm. 2. Guests in Group Two to be in lobby at 4:25 pm Note: We are asking all guests , including those from the Holiday Inn, to be in the lobby at the Country Inn & Suites for their assigned shuttle time to RiverStone for an ontime arrival for the wedding. The hotels are next to each other. Each shuttle holds 46 people so we need to assign people to a shuttle time to ensure all the guests who said they wanted to ride the shuttle can do so. Please be aware that there is plenty of parking at RiverStone. Guests can park their cars at RiverStone and take a shuttle back to the hotel. Guests must simply have their cars picked up from RiverStone by 10:00 am the next morning. It is approximately a 5.5mile drive from The Country Inn & Suites and Holiday Inn hotels to the RiverStone Wedding and Event Center. Departure times from Riverstone to Country Inn & Suites and Holiday Inn Hotels: 9:30PM 10:00PM 10:30PM 11:00PM 11:30PM This info will be on signs at RiverStone and announced by the DJ.

We have room blocks with special wedding rates at the Country Inn & Suites and the Holiday Inn in Fort Atkinson (Details below). The hotels are next to each other and we will be offering a shuttle service to and from the Wedding venue. Please Note: The shuttle service will only be offered for these two hotels, so please keep that in mind if you choose to stay elsewhere. Thanks!
