This is so close to our house, we spend a lot of time here!

Check out The Franklin General Store, and Sticky Situations--but most importantly, you have to grab a beer and a bite at Jealous Monk.

Nicknamed "sparkle sparkle fun time," by yours truly, this local breakfast diner is open from 7AM to 2PM everyday.

Say hello to our beluga neighbors! Check out the Mystic Aquarium, located right next to the Mystic Village.

Lots of cute shops and great bites down here! Our favorite spots to grab a bite are Engine Room, Grass And Bone, Pizzettas, and The Treehouse (Oyster Club.)

We're more into cars, but if boats are your thing--check out the largest maritime museum in the United States, right down the street in Mystic CT.

Mystic Seaport Museum

Housing one of Dan's favorite breweries, Beer'd Brewing Co, The Velvet Mill is a collection of local shops, antique curators, entrepreneurs, food, and more. Note: Double check the time, they close early!
