Andrian and Bridget first met in January of 2017 at a friend's party, thanks to their mutual friend, Elizabeth Madden. Andy had recently returned to the United States from Ukraine, and Bridget was getting ready to start her venture in the coffee industry back home, again, in Indiana. Bridget and Elizabeth were invited to attend a wedding later that year back in Chicago. Having been granted plus ones to this occasion, Andy was a prime choice of a date, as he was always excited to party it up! Andy was such an incredible gentleman all night and looked very nice in a suit, so they began talking as more than friends from that night forward. The rest, they say, was history. Andy and Bridget began a long distance relationship. In 2019, at the beginning of the pandemic, the coffee shop was sadly closed, but Bridget was able to move back to the city that she loved to be with the man that she loved. Plans were set to propose on July 3, 2022 at the top of a mountain on Mackinac Island, Michigan. The happy couple went by horse drawn carriage to eat at the Woods restaurant. Afterwords they took a walk to watch the sun set. He finally did it!! They got engaged at Sunset Rock to cap off the most amazing evening.
