Please join us for a Welcome Happy Hour the evening before the wedding! Since so many of our friends and family are traveling in from out of town, we wanted to host a relaxed evening where everyone can mingle, enjoy a cocktail, and spend time together before the big day. We’ll have light bites and drinks available from 4:00–6:00pm. Afterward, guests are welcome to explore the many great restaurants and bars nearby. Feel free to check out the “Things To Do” section on our website for some of our favorite local spots within walking distance. We’re so excited to see everyone and truly appreciate those traveling from near and far to celebrate with us. It means the world to have so many of our favorite people together to kick off our wedding weekend.

Transportation: Your chariot awaits! Transportation will be provided between the Hyatt Regency Tulsa Downtown Hotel and the WOMPA Event Venue prior to the ceremony and following the reception. Shuttles will begin departing at 5:00pm, with the ceremony beginning promptly at 6:00pm. Attire: Ladies: floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses. Gentlemen: tuxedos with neckties or bow ties. A personal touch: our theme is industrial greenhouse, where formal elegance meets wild, untamed growth. Picture vines curling through iron and brick. If you're so inclined, add a small floral accent to your outfit as a wink to the spirit of the day: a pocket square, a hairpiece, a boutonnière, or even a bold floral print. Completely optional, but warmly encouraged. An Evening for Adults We love your little ones, but our celebration will be an adult-only event. We hope this gives you a well-deserved evening to relax and enjoy.

You didn’t think the celebrations were over that quickly, did you? Join us for a relaxed afternoon of drinks, bites, and good company before everyone heads home. Whether you’re stopping by for one last cocktail or subscribing to the “hair of the dog” philosophy, we’d love a little extra time to catch up and continue celebrating with all of our favorite people from near and far after the wedding festivities.
