Flight
If you are flying in, this is the airport for you! Please note that the airport has been undergoing heavy construction as the city prepares to host several games during The World Cup. Particularly, the baggage claim area can be a tad confusing to navigate. We apologize for the mess!
Train
If you are staying downtown, the Seattle Light Rail is an affordable (~$3 per rider) and easy transportation option from and to the airport that we highly recommend utilizing. Ubers to and from the airport can be pricey!
House Or Rental
There are limited traditional Hotels in Ballard, where the venue is. If you are interested in staying in this area of town we highly recommend checking for options on AirBNB, VRBO, or similar sites.
Hotel
** The Closest Option** 2.8 mi from venue (10 min via car) | 17.5 mi from airport (30 min via car) ~$300-$400 per night Although a bit on the pricey side, this is the best (and really only) traditional hotel option in the Ballard neighborhood, where the wedding venue is located.
Hotel
This hotel is located in the downtown area of Seattle, near Pike Place Market. It is also only a block or two from a bus stop for the D line - one of the easiest and fastest ways to get to Ballard via public transit.
Hotel
Spacious Rooms, Lake Views, Near South Lake Union Neighborhood Typically $200-$300 per night | About 20 mins by car to venue
Shuttle
June 28, 2025 1:45 pm - 2:30 pm
Once we have a better sense of the official head count, we are likely to provide some sort of transport between Ballard and the venue.
Rental Car
Please note that while Seattle is a very car driven (pun intended) city, parking at the venue ( a very popular public park on sunny days) and in Ballard can be challenging. For this reason we do recommend researching public transit options via bus or to plan on using Uber to get to the venue if you are unable to use the provided group transport.
