Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal

To book your room, please contact Waldorf's reservations team directly at 1-844-733-7342 or via email at loscabos.reservations@waldorfastoria.com. Rate information available on the FAQs section. Reservations department hours are: Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, Saturday-Sunday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm local Cabo San Lucas time. You will need to provide the dates of the group (Friday, October 16 - Monday, October 19) and reference (Cook- Bass Wedding). Credit card information is required at the time of booking to process a deposit of 2 nights plus 20% tax and 15% service fee. You can book at our discounted group rate for a minimum of 3 nights until July 1st. After that date, the hotel will provide 10% discount on public rates. Hotel must receive all reservations by Monday, September 14, 2026.

For your arrival and departure transportation, we have arranged a secure airport transfer service for our guests’ convenience. We kindly ask that you reserve your transportation either through the link provided below or directly through your hotel’s concierge team. Booking through these channels allows us to keep track of everyone’s travel arrangements and better assist you should any delays or travel issues arise during the wedding weekend. Grand Solmar Land's End

For guests seeking an alternative accommodation option at a different price point, we recommend Grand Solmar Land's End. Conveniently located near Waldorf Astoria, it is one of the closest resorts to our host hotel. Please note that we do not have a special group rate available at Grand Solmar, and transportation to wedding events will not be provided for guests staying there. Taxis are readily available through the hotel’s front desk for easy transportation throughout the weekend. Please refer to the schedule or FAQs for any further information.
