Where is the wedding ceremony and reception?

All wedding day events will take place on resort property. (Waldorf Astoria Pedregal Los Cabos, Mexico).

Are there hotel room blocks available for guests?

Answer

Yes, we currently have room blocks for guests at the Waldorf. This is also where we will be staying. Please see the following for room block rates and info. Booking information available on the travel section. All rooms will have a 20% tax and 15% service charge added. 2 Bedroom Ocean View Villa with Plunge Pool: $1,600.00/night (4 ppl) 3 Bedroom Ocean View Villa with Plunge Pool: $2,400.00/night (6 ppl) 2 Queens Deluxe Ocean View with Plunge Pool: $999.00/night (2 ppl) King Coastal View with Plunge Pool: $899.00/night (2 ppl) Rates are available up to three days before and three days after the event. For any additional room categories not mentioned above, the resort will extend 10% off the best available public rate based on availability at the time of booking. A minimum of 3 nights is required to access our group rate, but additional options can be reviewed for reduced stays.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! The dress code is resort chic for the welcome party and formal attire for the wedding day. For Sunday's event, we kindly ask guests to wear shades of white, cream, and khaki. Please note that high heels are not permitted aboard the boat. Wedges and chunky block heels are ok.

We love your babies! Our wedding will be adults only, please leave your littles at home.

Can I bring a Plus One?

Answer

We are so grateful to celebrate this special weekend with our closest friends and family. We are keeping our celebration intimate and are only able to accommodate the guests listed on each invitation.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes! A valid passport is required to travel to Mexico from the United States or any other country. Please be sure to check the expiration date on your passport well in advance just in case it needs to be renewed!

What's the weather in Cabo?

Answer

You can expect sunshine, warm ocean breezes, and lots of vitamin D! The highs will be in the mid 80s, and the lows will be in the mid 60s. We recommend a light layer for the evenings.

Is the resort All Inclusive?

Answer

No, Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal is not an all-inclusive resort. All food and beverages during wedding-related events are fully hosted and included. Outside of these events, any additional dining or drinks (such as room service, restaurant meals, or poolside beverages) are at each guest’s discretion. Guests booking through our room block rate will enjoy a complimentary daily breakfast at Don Manuel’s.

What are the resort’s check in and check out times?

Answer

Check in begins at 3:00 PM, and check out is at 12:00 PM. Early check in or late check out requests are subject to availability and must be arranged directly with the resort.
