ROOM BLOCK CLOSES 9/22/23 We have a limited number of rooms available in our block from 10/21-10/23. You can book in the block via the link provided on this page (click the "view" button below) or by calling the hotel at 973-448-1100. The hotel prefers booking via phone call, but here are instructions for both. Over the Phone Booking Instructions: 1. Call the front desk directly at 973-448-1100, option #1 is the front desk/reservations. 2. Use the reference code, KMW and our last names (the Kennedy – McGilloway Wedding). 3. As long as you have the date and at least one of our last names, the front desk will find the block easily. Website Booking Instructions: 1. Click the "view" button on this page. This will lead you to the hotel's booking page. 2. To get our group block, you must book from a computer. There is no option to book in a group from the app or from a phone/mobile browser. If you try to click the link from a mobile browser it will revert back to hotel availability (not group availability) and likely say there are no rooms available. 3. Insert the dates of your stay. 4. Ensure that "Group Rate, Travel Agent" is selected in the Rate Reference box. Our Group Code is "KMW." 5. Click enter and the preferred rate should be available to you!
