Joseph and Brianne met at the greatest place on Earth, Florida State University. They became friends through Concert Band, Marching Chiefs and shared classes. Joe and Brianne remained friends, all the while Brianne having a massive crush on Joe. One day in December of 2018, Joseph asked Brianne to study together in the College of Music Library for their Music History final exam. They both aced it, BTW. One thing led to another, and suddenly Joe was asking Brianne to be his girlfriend in January of 2019. Joseph and Brianne continued to date all throughout college, managing to stay on top of school work, their respective jobs at CVS and the Hobbit (thanks for all the free drinks BARTENDER), maintaining friendships and balancing the exhausting life having a newborn kitten named Milo, while still managing to prioritize each other. In June of 2021, Joseph and Brianne managed to obtain internships in Jacksonville, Florida, where they lived together and truly learned that they were compatible and could maintain a healthy relationship as real adults. While in Jacksonville, Joseph and Brianne realized that their fur son, Milo, could really use a brother. Along came Ziggy. In December of 2021, they graduated college, and the real world hit them. Joseph found a job as the Wakulla High School Director of Bands just south of Tallahassee, and Brianne found a job as a Music Therapist in Atlanta, Georgia. Thus began their two and a half year journey of a long distance relationship (both them, and the brothers). Joseph and Brianne made frequent vists to each other in Tallahassee and Atlanta, making sure to continue that prioritization of each other. Joe and Brianne continued to look for job opportunities in the same cities, so the four of them could once more be reunited. After two and a half years of Brianne mooching off her sister and brother-in-law and Joseph being incredibly lonely and unsure of what to do with himself, they both found jobs in the city of Tampa, Florida! Leaving their family and friends in their respective cities was incredibly difficult, but ultimately the best decision for them and their fur babies. One big move and a career change later, Brianne and Joseph are happily residing in Tampa, Florida, where the beaches are always calling and the friends are abundant. About six months into being reunited, Joseph asked Brianne to marry her and obviously, she said yes!
